Dr. Perez and his team at the Eye & Ear Institute are a GODSEND! I first visited Dr. P. Perez after having suffered sudden onset hearing loss in one ear. Wanted to learn about Cochlear Implants, but was not sure I would go down the "surgery" road. In less than 10 minutes with Dr. Perez, I was sold! His kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor truly calmed me down, settled all my worries, and left me highly motivated to go forward with the implant surgery plan. 6th floor has no sense of time management. Appointment at 10:30am, got here at 9:45am after 4 hours of driving. It is currently 1:45pm, and STILL HERE. Parking is a joke and main entrance is on a steep hill. Who thought this would be a good place for an EYE doctor?!
