I visited Eye Doctor's office on 03/03/2018. This was absolutely the best eye exam I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions to the tech, Dr. Consor and the eye glass technician Nanette assisting in selecting the perfect pair of glasses and at no time did I feel rushed or that they did not have time to answer all my questions. HEY EVERYONE! DR. NGUYEN is the bomb. She was so genuine and friendly. Cracked jokes! This was my first ever eye appointment and she held my hand the whole way and answered all the questions that I had.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nguyen and the rest of the staff. They were thorough, compassionate and really tuned in to me as a patient. I felt they really took the time to give me the best possible exam and experience. I highly recommend this office!
Dr. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and does a comprehensive eye exam every time. Don't go here if you just want a quick in/out cursory check - that's not his style, nor would I want it to be. His staff is friendly and professional. Great selection of frames in the eye gallery.
The nurse's and team members where very nice, professional and friendly. However it takes way to long for visit and hard pressure to buy over priced glasses from the older male doctor. Overhead comments about myself and son not buying glasses, so we are cheap. Waiting/dark room is nice but after sitting and hour while other people where going in before me made it a horrible experience.
Good place with friendly staff. Drs. Are great and explain everything they are doing. I like that they spend time with you and make you feel comfortable.
