I had the worst experience ever! I visited Dr. Jewel Sandy. So irresponsible and unprofessional. She ordered an MRI but failed to read my results for some reason. So, she promised to call me back with the results in a few days, but it’s been 4 weeks, and I haven’t heard from her. I’ve called them multiple times, and the receptionists promised a call back, but still, there’s no response. To make matters worse, she mentioned that the results could be cancerous, which added to my frustration. No complaints mechanism whatsoever.
Dr. Vicente is clearly an outstanding doctor. Thank you. However, the facilities here need more attention. It is a pediatric center, but there are no changing tables in the restrooms, which is quite odd. Additionally, the rug in the kids' play area is absolutely disgusting, and there is no water dispenser, even though people can spend several hours here.
Dr. Vicente is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. The entire process of diagnosing my eye issues, planning of surgery, and the surgery itself took only around 3 months. Dr. Vicente executed the surgery flawlessly, with no follow-up surgeries needed for me (which is common for folks with my condition). He and the team are extremely thorough and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.
Dr. Vincente lived up to his reputation of being great with kids. His assistant, Nelson, was also fantastic and started our appointment out right. Fantastic office. Let’s go Caps!
