I extremely appreciated the friendly staff through my experience. The doctor clearly explained process to me, and set me on a straight path for recovery.
Ive been going to this practice for a number of years now and I really appreciate how the doctor values quality care and actually listens to my specific needs. Each visit feels personal and I like knowing my care is specialized to me. The staff is also very compassionate.
It is a horrible practice. Expect to be 4 hours waiting to be there from your appointment time. The meaning of a bad service takes a true level. A free service would be more respectable to people's time. Go elsewhere!!
2 hours waiting time over appointment time , bad service, unprofessional, not only this after they call u more waiting going back and forth to different rooms
The staff is very friendly but the wait is terrible. I came in at 11 am and it took more than 3 hours for an eye exam. There were other patients (not new like me) which were waiting since 8 am! And the ophthalmologist wasn't in, which they failed to mention. Unless you have NOTHING else to do with your time, go elsewhere.
