Although I informed front desk there was no co-payment for my office visit, she charged me anyway. I am still awaiting a credit. Very inefficient office.

Hi received an eye exam and evaluation from Dr. Bradley Esterman yesterday, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were efficient, affable, and knowledgable. The facility was clean, centrally located, and professional. Dr. Bradley Esterman took the time to articulate in conversation, evaluate the situation and ensure he assuaged any concerns. I can highly recommend Esterman Eye Institute.

Dr. Esterman and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The eye exam was comprehensive and they patiently took as much time as was necessary to make sure my new lens prescription was correct. My experience purchasing new lenses and frames was also excellent. I strongly recommend Dr. Esterman and his personable, attentive and professional staff to all.

Dr. spent extraordinary amount of time with me explaining my condition and I left with a definitive diagnosis not reached by three previous health care professionals, though, in fairness, they were not specialists. Very pleased.

The offic staff is the very worst. Not only are they nasty and belligerent they don't even raise their when spesking.there store policy is hidden in a showcase behind several frames.i purchased frames in Sept. and they pitted in three months , when I tried to return them after 3 months, they told me this was normal wear and tear. I've returned three times to this office and still don't have new frames.when I asked to speak to Dr, he hid in his office
