Great customer service!!! my daughter needed to get an eye glass check to see if her vision had changed, and it had. They are helping to ensure that my daugher succeeds in school by doing this for her. :)
At first, they provided excellent service. Very courteous and all smiles. Shortly after getting my new glasses, a lens fell. They fixed it with not problems. Then shortly after, the lens fell again and this time it got lost. When I went to the Galleria store they were all smiles but, when they learned of the problem, the smiles disappeared and the long faces appear. They wanted me to pay full price for replacing the lost lens to which I said no because either the glasses were defective or they did not fix them well. Bottom l... read more
They have top of the line optometry exam tools, a great selection of frames and a smorgasbord of optics options. Their sales are based on complete customer satisfaction. A great staff!
