I have been going to Dr.Rogalinski for 10 years and I won’t go any where else! His entire staff is amazing and very professional! Dr.Joe is amazing and very professional as well, he will answer any question I have and address any concerns I have. The atmosphere in the office is very relaxed and friendly. Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ place!!!
So,I took the chance and changed from Dr. Paula Emerson to this place, bad move. On my second annual they told me that my insurance did not cover glasses (which expired at the end of December) . I guess since they make money off the frames and maybe not the lenses they failed to tell me that, I COULD get 2 new lenses under my insurance. The only reason I was there (which I told them) was because my lenses from the prior year were damaged.
