Hands down the greatest Optometry office I've ever gone to! I went in with 7 kids (6 of which are mine) and I was so worried that it would be stressful. The staff was wonderful: they were so helpful and kind! The eye Doctor was funny, engaging with the kids and incredibly patient. Hands down, the best place to go to! I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
I've been a loyal customer since 2011 and always recieve the best service. The staff remembers me and accommodates my needs each time. I've had urgent sutuations that my eyes needed attention and they fit me in every time. They don't only check your vision and send you on your way but you leave educated and full of knowledge. ED never turns me away, thank you Staff and Doctors for simply being..... Amazing!
It's a wonderful facility with professional and great customer service! Dr. Rogalinski was also great, making sure I was seen promptly due to eye infection. Thank You for the great care and I look forward to returning for any eye care services.
Poor customer service. I got my PX 2 weeks after I got there great my sunglasses took a month. I asked why nobody called me about it and all I got was I DO NOT KNOW! That's not a answer. Got my sunglasses today and they gave my husband a sample of non-PX lenses saying if I liked the non PX glasses we can come back, well nobody should go there too much of a hassle to call everyday!
