Super friendly staff, all of them! This was my first eye appointment since I was a kid, they were very patient with me and very understanding. They took the time to explain the new (to me) world of eye appointments, vision insurance, and glasses, helped me figure out what my problems were, and how to accommodate them. I'll be picking up my glasses soon, and I can't wait to say hi and thank you :)
I had a wonderful visit today at the Hausman location. Very friendly staff, no wait time and very helpful. Two big Thumbs up 👍🏼 👍🏼
I went to the Hausmann location and had an easy, nice experience and they were very informative. Since I admitted it'd been a while since my last eye exam they checked my eye health thoroughly. I'm sorry I don't recall the receptionist's name but she was very sweet and she answered my questions about my insurance well. Then I went back with Jasmine (I believe that was her name; I'm sorry I'm terrible with names) and she was very nice and allowed my corny humor in stride. Had an awesome Eye Exam experience with Dr. Rogalinski. Very detailed in making sure everything is checked. 5 Stars from Me definitely! Thank you to Staff for getting me pre-tested & ready & out in no time. Very professional & Friendly staff!
Dr. Joseph R.Rogalinski, O.D. at Eye Deal Vision is WONDERFUL! I scratched my eye over the weekend and was in a lot of pain. Eye Deal Vision got me an immediate appointment and Dr. Rogalinski took excellent care of my eye. I am so grateful to this practice and Dr. Rogalinski for not only providing relief and treatment for my eye, but also for providing eye care health through yearly eye examinations and contact and glasses for my family. I highly recommend this practice.
We had the best experience at the Hausman location! From check in to check out everyone was so nice and helpful. My 6 year old was really nervous about getting glasses but he is so excited now and really likes them. So thank you to the whole team at Eye-Deal Vision!!!!
