One of the main components for a business to succeed depends on how customer problems are handled. Due to a medical conflict, the business was closed. This impacted me because i needed to pick up my glasses due to the fact that one of my contact lenses broke. The owner reached out to me and despite his medical condition, he very kindly met me at his store and waived the rest of my deposit fee.
