Wonderful doctor… office staff is a joke.
Dr. Bordenca didn’t even spent 5 mins with us. Never coming back!
Stay away from this place. The doctor will rush you and of course give the wrong prescription. I had to go back for a retest and still did not change the prescription, insisted he had given the correct reading. The only reason I’m giving a 1 start is because there is no option for 0. In addition, when you call, they literally pick up the phone and hang up on you. I just cannot believe this type of medical service.
Let me start by saying that Dr. Bordenca is worth the downsides from other aspects of this practice. The doctor did a surgery for my son several years ago, and we have continued to go and see him for related care. The office can be a bit unorganized, although most of the staff is nice and make up for it. Last year, the office switched to online check-in and registration.
