I am a patient in German Village and recently switched to their office due to a terrible experience with my previous doctor. I could not be more pleased that I did! The staff is very friendly, they were able to see me almost immediately, and the facility is really nice. The glasses came in with the incorrect PD and Becky was incredible in helping me identify what was causing the problem, sending them out to be remade, and contacting me quickly to let me know I could come get them. Excellent experience. I had to change doctors after 2 years worth of awful experiences with another local office. I've worn glasses for 30 years and this was one of the best office visits I have had, from the staff to the doctor. All their tests are up to date with the most recent technology, some that I had never experienced before. Made my visit quick and easy.
Great staff and docs with both my children and myself. Quality and stylish frames ... And they take my insurance!!! Been going here a few years and always happy with my experiences.

Top notch! Fabulous staff, fabulous service. I visited the German Village location this morning, such a warm and friendly space. I have multiple eye issues and after visiting several eye doctors over the years, they're my favorite! :-)
