my original visit with them was completely amazing. then two years later I went to go get contacts for the first time through them and my experience was completely horrible. The care and customer experience that I had received was horrendous. I had to pay the maximum amount for the contacts in the fitting which wasn't too big of an issue and in my opinion I was just pushed aside after they got my money. I visited Eye Columbus Gahanna on Oct 10th. The front staff were very nice and accommodating to both my mother-in-law and myself. The tech and the doctor were pleasant, did not rush us, explained everything and were very thorough. Ordering our glasses was a smooth process; in fact the associate helped pick out frames we liked based on our preferences and face shapes. I like when they listen and pay attention to the customer.
