Poor experience. Didn’t answer my calls, waited like 20 minutes when I went to the store. They said my glasses were in and then told me they were still being shipped. Very poor communication.
I'm not finished with them yet, but at this point I'm so so sorry I went there. They didn't explain how the progressive bifocals work, now I have new glasses I hate and they won't do anything .. supposedly still owe them 700+ for them .. same exact glasses at Costco are less then the copay I already paid, $150. I ordered a pair of clear prescription safety glasses, been over a month, they keep saying "next week". I'm telling ya, go to Costco or somewhere else to get your glasses.
