Horrible customer service, long wait times, no call backs. We have switch eye clinics after being a customer of theirs for years. Don’t have these issues with our new eye clinic.
Took my kids there for eye appointments, was told they would both get their glasses in 4-6wks from appointment date. 4 weeks pass and I find out by calling only one had been delivered, waited the final 2wks my other child's glasses were still a no go. It's now been 8wks! Still nothing!!! But found out they were finale put on order on the 26th of January. Their appointment was December 11th. Plus they don't give a curtisy calls, I kept getting told they'll call and never did I had to go there every time!
terrible customer service wore a mask. answered a few of thier questions (Do you feel sick, Do you have Corona Virus, have you had corona virus, do you know anyone who has corona virus) I said thats enough questions. I dont have it, don't know anyone who has had it, I havent had it, I dont feel sick, can I please get my eye appointment now? They told me that if I didn't answer more questions, that they would ask me to leave. so I left. screw this place.
Sold me broken glasses for $400. Learned my lesson, I will never go here again.
first, I didn't know I was going to pay so much for one box of contacts that aren't toric, then I was never told I would have to pick them up at the post office, I never got a slip in my mailbox, for 2 months I'm calling and having to leave a message, I don't get a call back, the tracking # they gave me the Geist Post Office tracked it and said they were at the Badger post office(how the heck?) and they didn't have them. they sure are a headache and pretty expensive for service. The dr and assistants in the back of the office were great! The front of the office was not. There was a payment issue on my account going back three years, which I vaguely remember and thought had been dealt with. My account was messed up and a woman was assisting the trainee in trying to fix this issue. This woman was quite short and rude with me and I did not catch her name, I asked her to sign my receipt in order for me to follow up at a later day. Horrible service in person and over the phone. It's been 4 months and they still cant get the billing correct. Every person I've person spoken with has an excuse that contradicts the previous one. Today was the final straw, I took my daughters contact prescription in to Costco to order her contacts and I found out from Costco that they gave my daughter an incorrect prescription so Costco called them and asked them to correct it and put a rush on it 4 hours later and still no response from Eye Clinic. Most incompetent facility I have ever been to. They all must wear ear plugs because they certainly do not know how to listen
