I loved the staff, especially the doctors. I have 2 autistic kids and they worked with them beautifully. Definitely recommend this eye center.
Took almost a month for my daughter to receive her glasses! When they came, the strap was too big. It's been 2 weeks and we are still waiting on a new strap. They keep saying, "It'll be here anyway!"
I brought a $350 pair of Tiffany sunglasses to them so they could put my prescription in them. I was told 2 weeks they'd be ready. It took 3 weeks and then they were wrong and the lab didn't send my demo lenses back like I asked. So they send them back to the lab to try again to get them right. I was told they were there for me to pick up today by 2 different people, and when I get there to pick them up, my glasses weren't there. Samantha Kawa, OD. Knowledgeable and friendly. Nikki, Nelson and Val th techs friendy and knowledgeable.Melanie the check out clerk very friendy. I ddn't realize they had 2 offices in Orange Park and I was at the wrong one. The front clerk checked and was able to get me in there and I didn't have to wait. Vey nice and friendly.
I went to the Blanding office on Wed of this past week.......Dr. Virginia literally saved my life. I am eternally grateful <3
I have been going to the park st office for many years. Always a great experience It's busy so you never know how long your gonna be there but the people and doctors are very polite and good at their jobs. This time we went to the office on blanding Blvd. Boy did we screw up. The doctor, she was great and the girl at the reception desk was too but the older woman in the lobby was very lax at her job and didn't explain anything to me and then the girl at the check out desk (Melanie) well pardon me for saying ...she acted like... read more
I brought my 4 year old here for an eye exam and the staff and doctor were great! I had virtually zero idea what I was doing as someone who has never worn glasses, but they were all very helpful and patient. They were also very patient and sweet with my daughter who at 4 can be a tad difficult, lol. Also a good selection of frames.
