Took two hours to get an appointment. Showed up for said appointment and waited an hour past my appointment time just sitting in the lobby. Never even saw the doctor or got called back for my appointment because of their scheduling mistakes. update: can't even get my records from then for the new doctor

Had an appointment scheduled for three weeks out, arrived and was kept waiting in the exam room for one hour and 40 minutes, eyes dilated and just 'we're busy today'. Would not recommend nor will I go back. Saw doc for less than five minutes then was double charged on my Visa.
We waited for almost 3 hours to see our doctor, took two days for a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy that my daughter desperately needed, with no follow through from doctor or nurse to get the issue resolved. We'll be finding a new doctor for our daughter. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was hoping it would be a great experience for a very trying time for our little girl. Disappointed.
