I have been a patient of Dr. Douglas for several years. I have never had such a thorough evaluation of my eyes. I feel very relaxed and assured with all of their staff, from check in to the tests performed. The staff is friendly and eager to answer all of my questions while not feeling rushed at all. I have utilized their frames there and have been totally satisfied..... I haven't had any problems with my frames, if I did I feel certain they would make it right if i did ! I liked the place the minute I walked in,one of the girls made a silly comment onmy yankees shirt which made me laugh! The staff I met were friendly,lots of smiles & very welcoming! Dr.Varney was amazing! I will be sticking with them as my eye doctors. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!
