I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and I’ve always received exceptional care. Dr Douglas has done a wonderful job taking care of me.
I was surprised to get a text from my 19 year old daughter (student at Husson) who went in for an appt today that she was charged $108. It seems to me that this company takes advantage of young people. She was expecting to pay a $15 copay, just like she does at her eye doctor at home. She was not informed that they don’t accept our insurance (I’m not sure if they do or not) and she was not informed what the cost would be upfront. She was not given an itemized receipt of services. most thorough eye exam you can get. wonderful fantastic staff and they actually care about me, on time with appointments. I have been seeing dr Douglas since 1980's and fantastic!!
