Doctor and staff ALWAYS courteous, helpful, and clear. Turnaround time was a bit longer than usual today. Hospital parking is very slow.
Dr. Arthur Cotliar is a highly skilled ophthalmologist and surgeon. My cataract surgery went extremely well and my eyes are healthy. He tool plenty of time to listen and address all my concerns. His encouragement throughout the entire process was invaluable. I recommend Dr. Cotliar highly!
