my mom & me always go to do eye examines with Jeremy or Author Cortlier. They r excellent for what they do. Very thankful of how the group treat people.
Clinical staff answered all questions; communicated with my family in a timely manner (via email or telephone). Gave us all the information/ services to prepare for surgery (I.e. Covid swab testing, prescriptions sent to pharmacy, additional cost, etc). Thank you Ms Figueroa for answering all of my emails
Dr Cotliar is a good man. He has my full confidence as a surgeon and how he cares for all your eye problems. Where I think the office can improve is how they schedule us patients . Every visit is a two hour affair or longer. I do not think it has to be that way at this corona virus times.
