Wonderful. I was well taken care of as always.
Great visit! It was my first time going to the eye doctor but Dr. Neuhaus made the visit simple and very informative. Very quick process and was able to get in and get out with little to no wasted time. Highly recommend!
Their lab made my lenses incorrectly TWICE in a row. Initially I just thought my eyes needed more time to adjust, but both times I took the glasses back, they found a problem. I paid out of pocket and at no point was I offered a discount for the weeks of inconvenience. While the very friendly staff apologized, it was not enough to ever trust them with my business again.
My husband and I had appointments on 2/14. It was such a great experience that we already made our appointments for next year. They are super welcoming and very helpful. Can’t wait to get my new glasses. ; )
