Dr. Britt ten out of ten! But the staff messed up. I made an appointment for my daughter over a month ago. At the counter the lady asked me if I want to do contacts for my daughter. We said yes. Last week we confirmed over the phone about our appointment. Everything was great from the time I checked in to the time I left to go home. The staff was awsome they are friendly n helpful the office was super clean n it was relaxing there nobody hurrying around. Just a good all around experience and Dr Pathapati is just a phenomenal optometrist very knowledgeable and very caring.
I am always so pleased with Dr. Pathapati and the staff at Eye Care Plus! She takes the time to explain everything, and the staff is always courteous.
Had a great experience. Very friendly staff and Dr. Was very good on explaining my condition with my eyes.
