Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accessibility at this office. My wife, who is recovering from a stroke and has left-side paralysis, had an 11:00 AM appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, we watched multiple people arrive after us and go straight back—including one man who confirmed his appointment wasn't until noon. I am writing to formally complain about the scheduling and staff conduct during our 11:00 AM appointment. Despite my significant mobility challenges due to a stroke, we were forced to wait over 45 minutes while patients with later appointment times were seen before us. The receptionist was dismissive of our concerns and showed zero empathy when we eventually had to leave due to the excessive wait.
