Always a pleasant place to come. Dr. Pathapati is very precise and strives for perfection. She keeps a close eye on my problems and lets me know exactly what is going on. Her staff is very helpful. Mary is very good, also. Kevin set up my appointment and he was extremely kind and helpful.
Dr Britt is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you . His staff are great. Our optician was very helpful and knowledgeable also. Eye Care plus has a good selection of frames.
Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years, and have never heard any of the information i was given today with Dr. Britt! I was so shocked by everything i was being told, he gave me good tips to get my eyes and nerves back to working on they're own! The assistants where great too! Im so glad i went to Eye Care Plus
Dr Pathapati is awesome but the office staff needs better training in how to handle insurance, especially Medicare. First, the girl asked if we wanted to pay cash or use our insurance (small discount). Then she tried to collect full amount of charges, that weren’t fully explained, even though deductible had already been met. Their response was that they would refund the overpaid amount in a few weeks if our deductible had been met, but they had no way of knowing this.
