They were very efficient with reminders and with the appointment time. I never felt like I was just a number. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience.

Rudeness and arrogance, especially from support staff: Checking in, the girls behind the counter were more interested in talking with their boyfriends on their cellphones than taking care of patients and they mistakenly required a $45 payment that was refunded MONTHS later. They refused to schedule follow-up appointments while I was still in their clinic, and a full month to finally call me to schedule my surgery. Unfortunately, we are limited by what information each insurance provider makes available. They are very friendly, caring, prompt. I had to call in over Thanksgiving weekend for a problem, the Dr. on call got back to me within 30 minutes of talking to the answering service. He was patient, kind and reassuring and talked to me as if he had all the time in the world.
