Dr Warner did a great job on my surgery, but I won’t be returning for my second cataract surgery. After I let the scheduler know I wanted to wait on my second eye, she cancelled my second followup appointment for my initial cataract surgery. She told me I would have to return to my referring Eye Doctor. I had already paid for the surgery and followup appointments, but she assured me that my appointment would be taken care of by their office. I 100% recommend! they aren't even my eye doctor and have gotten me in 3times same day appointment due to having shingles in my eye! even had a person come to the hospital to check my eye out!
We will absolutely NOT be returning. The wait was ridiculously long. When we finally saw the doctor, he was cordial, but rushed. After waiting two hours, I would have appreciated his attention, but instead, he apologized and did the exam quickly, way less than 5 minutes, as if that would make up for the two hour wait.
I’ve just had cataract surgery for both eyes and am beyond excited with the results! I just need readers and “regular” sunglasses! Very pleased.
I have Dr Warner and he's a gem. Very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. Had cataract surgery this month on one eye so far and can't wait till I get the other eye done next week. Great Dr and his staff is great too.
They really need to work on their scheduling , and be respectful of people's time. People are taking off time to come to appointments and waiting an hour plus each time is unacceptable. Thankfully the people waiting with me were enjoyable , but from what I heard and have seen on the reviews the care is not an issue it's scheduling. I was told well we only have 4 doctor's today , well that means you schedule accordingly.

Should not have to wait over an hour for a 9 am appointment. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced.
