I've been going to Dr. Hogren since I was a little girl. Dr. Hogren and all of the staff at ECP is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely care & provide excellent customer service.
I love this place have went to them my whole adult life 28yrs they the #1 & they let you take time to pick what is right for you.
The staff is helpful, honest and wonderful! I won't let any other business touch my glasses.
When you call and verify if they take your insurance before you schedule an appointment and are told yes then get to your appointment and start to fill out paper work and told I'm sorry we don't take this any more because we have trouble getting reimbursed well I'm Fricking sorry either know what insurance you take and dont take my time is just as valuable as yours and so is my frIcking VISION. That's why I scheduled the damn appointment..
Love Dr Storm and the techs are great too! The eye glasses side have friendly staff and they've fixed my glasses a couple times... even when it was my fault! Very pleased and will be continuing to come back for my checkups, even though the bettendorf office is quite far from me compared to the old Harrison St location!
I was 100% satisfied with the treatment of the staff at today's visit. Everything was on time and the people were prompt, courteous and caring! Thanks for the high standards as it makes a difference.
