Dr.Tracie Sponseller is terrific!! The receptionist are very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

First time visit. Not enough interactions to make a fair review. Everyone was nice and thorough.
Incompetent. Waiting for 3 months for glasses. I never received a call saying there was a problem. Tried to tell them, that they did not submit anything but they told me that they have submitted the claim twice- normally this would tell any normal person- there is a problem but not them, they keep blaming it on insurance. It doesn't help either that we have Peachcare- most providers don't care for patients that have this insurance. Disappointed and angry at these people.
