First time visit. Not enough interactions to make a fair review. Everyone was nice and thorough.
Incompetent. Waiting for 3 months for glasses. I never received a call saying there was a problem. Tried to tell them, that they did not submit anything but they told me that they have submitted the claim twice- normally this would tell any normal person- there is a problem but not them, they keep blaming it on insurance. It doesn't help either that we have Peachcare- most providers don't care for patients that have this insurance. Disappointed and angry at these people. Fantastic docs who allowed me to go to the beach without fussing over glasses. So glad we chose Eye Care One for lasik.

I had my corrective laser vision surgery done here in January and couldn't be happier. The staff was superb and kept me informed as to everything that was going on. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I have had to wear glasses since elementary school. Last week, I had both eyes corrected with Lasik. Dr. Bogorad performed the surgery and Dr. Sponseller evaluated me prior and took care of my follow-up. From beginning to end, the experience has been a great one and the entire staff at Eye Care One is top notch. I am a healthcare professional myself and I know how rare that is.
