Words can’t express how upset I am. On May 7 I called and scheduled an eye exam for their earliest date which was June the 26. Yesterday, June 11th I called to get my appointment time since I forgot to write it dow. Only to learn that they never added me to the schedule. We are very sorry for your experience Katia. Since returning from our shut down due to Covid-19 we have experienced some issues with our scheduling software. We are doing our best to make sure that we are getting both our patients who have had to have their appointments cancelled and rescheduled and scheduling new patients into the system. We strive to provide the best care for our patients and are very sorry for this scheduling mix up.
I'm blessed to have Dr.Rice for my eyecare Doctor.She is compassionate and a professional.Her staff are always ready to help as well. I highly recommend her for you're eyecare needs!
At Eyecare Of Muskogee, they are the sweetest, most accommodating and knowledgeable Dr and staff! Bonus, Dr Rice's new office is a gorgeous facility. Not to mention, when shopping for glasses the girl that helps you decide is like shopping with your best friend. She is up on all the latest eyewear trends and styles. She will give you a non biased honest opinion so you walk out knowing you picked the right glasses for your face shape! My family love the girls at Eyecare of Muskogee!
