I will never return. The worst experience, the receptionists have a very bad attitude, they make you feel uncomfortable. They don't know how to deal with the public at all, much less talk, it seems that they are going to bite you instead of talking to you. the worst thing is that they give you crooked glasses and they get upset when you come back like it's your fault.

Horrible customer service! Receptionist took our broken frames in order to find a replacement for them. She never called us to inform us of status, and when we returned to pick up our broken frames she said she didn't have them. She then said that she had given them back to us , which was not the case. Instead , she had lost them . Extremely unprofessional and rude!
