Dr. Ramin Rabbani is an outstanding eye doctor who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care, taking the time to thoroughly address all my concerns. I also want to thank the friendly and professional staff for their kindness and dedication, which always make me feel well cared for. The office is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and well-organized.

Wow what a scam! I walked in today being lured in by a huge board outside that said "20% off sunglasses" which I needed so I went in. I chose a pair and paid with a credit card. The woman handed me a FORM to fill out. I asked why I should fill this out to which she said " oh it's because you're using credit card" so I simply put my name and date. My credit card went through, I signed it and the purchase was completed. I assumed it was over and then she asked for my ID "because you used a credit card," I was shocked since the... read more

Had to get new glasses fixed 5 times. The ladies at the front desk were rude and it felt like more of a scam than an error. Once I let them know I was leery of the situation; the glasses never broke again. This was 3 yrs ago. Doctor was great/knowlegable. It was the 2 ladies who run the place.

Edited review from 1 -> 5 stars: they made things right and paid for my shipping and shipped the glasses back to me fixed. Not sure why this couldn't have happened right away but it's fine. All good now and happy. Just overall maybe unlucky Friendly staff, however, unfortunately horrible post-purchase experience with my Tom Davies prescription eyeglasses purchase ($661).
