My visit at this office was a very positive experience. The doctor is very kind , Friendly and punctual. His team of professionals is highly competent and thorough. They were helpful from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this optometrist.
Both assistants with whom I interacted were well spoken and considerate of my needs. All tests were performed quickly and expertly. Dr. Kristen Kincaid was her usual friendly yet professional self, meaning that she took the time to explain all aspects of my exam in as much detail as I needed. I left the appointment feeling very good and relieved to know that I will be in good shape, vision-wise, for another year.
Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. I have lingering eye problems related to dry eyes and infections. They did a bunch of tests and showed me super detailed images of my eyes and their condition. They have a specialist (Dr. Cobean) who specializes in dry eyes and was very helpful with setting me up with a care plan.
