RecommendedGreat experience. The staff and doctor were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My nine year old was extremely nervous and she did great. The office was clean and very organized. I was pleased and would definitely recommend.
I really can't say enough about Eye Associates and Dr. Jaglan. She is caring, brilliant and personable. I received great, personal care from both her and the staff. You are in great hands with Dr. Jaglan. How many other doctors have taken the time or made the effort to reach out to me to check on how I was doing? None. This is the Dr. Jaglan difference.
Highly recommend this group. She was caring, kind, explained the issue in a way we could understand and reached out to us the next day to check on us. Highly recommend!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! The first time I went I had fairly new progressive lens glasses from another very expensive practice that I could not see out of. They did my eye exam and ordered new progressive lenses that were PERFECT right away! They are always friendly and always helpful. As a new contact user as of today, so much time was spent with me making sure I could put them in and take them out. Also loved the new doctor -- he explained everything to me and listened to my concerns. Thanks!
Stay away from this office. They made me pay for a “fitting fee” All contact measure the same. They argued with me about that, this was one year ago. I went to America’s Best a couple of weeks ago. They do NOT charge fitting fees. They handed me my prescription for both contacts and glasses without asking for it. I did order 2 packs of contacts and had them 5 days later. Unlike eye associates of locust Grove which took 2 weeks I had to keep calling them. Then argue with them to give me my prescription for glasses. This group... read more
I have a very good friend that y’all keep stringing her along. This is the 2nd time she has been to your place and you keep telling her the same thing; your eyes need to adjust. It has been almost 3 weeks and they are no better!!! You don’t want to admit her glasses are not right. I am going to find corporates number and let them Know how you treat your customers... this is No way to treat your customers. She will be back there come Monday.
Worst customer service by far. I've been to this location 3 times and every time the same RUDE woman up front gives an attitude for no reason. At first I assumed she had a bad day so I went back and then today the same bad attitude.....I took my business elsewhere.
They were helpful and patient with all of our needs. We were in and out in no time!
