Terri was on the phone when I came in, but greeted me the moment she hung up. A woman I didn't know before took my x-rays and she was very good and very nice. I spotted Dr. Kono to say hello. He is just great.
I saw Pam for dental hygiene - Dr Vanzina for a quick check. Both women are very professional and very pleasant.
I had a lot of build on my gums. It was cleaned using ultrasonic scaling. I had some extremely PAINFUL hot spots on my gums. When the pick went over them, the pain was so unbearable it made me twitch and scream. In other dental offices in such situations, they injected lidocaine into my gums so I wouldn't feel any pain. I believe I have a right to be pain free at the dentist. Maybe it is true that it would be less painful if I went more often but this is not an acceptable excuse.
Pam is the best. I have been seeing her for my hygiene appointments for years. I think that's the best testimonial. She is professional, does an excellent job and I love her
It took some effort to get a cleaning scheduled at the same time as my exam. It was strongly suggested that I have x-rays taken which I did but no one has gotten back to me to say that they are ok.
Front desk was lovely to work with and Dr. Keller and Deb are terrific to work with.
Competent an friendly staff
I love Kathy, she's the best dental hygienist! I always schedule my appointments according to her schedule so that I can always get her as my hygienist. She's polite, has a great attitude, and is always super helpful in explaining to me what's going on with my teeth. Appreciate it!! However, I greatly DISLIKE the receptionist who was extremely rude to me and kept interrupting me when I was talking.
