Cathy has developed a real understanding of my mouth and it's gag reflex! She really tries to accommodate my difficulty. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and encourages me to take better care of my mouth without judgment. Dr Bahl is also a real gem, and I feel extremely comfortable in her care. The front desk is always patient and efficient. May I also wish Rose in X Ray a happy retirement, she has been so good to me with all her tricks and her lightening-speed work!
I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time to be treated by the hygienist. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes 15-20, at PA Dental. This is really annoying.
Kathy the Hygienist was comforting. She identified the recent dental extraction site, and implant sites before efficiently cleaning my teeth. Dr.Vanzina dropped in to review her work. Both showed interest in me; which was most appreciated.
Marginal comment: The cup dispenser by the fountain held its cups incorrectly. The bottoms should be up, so that dirty fingers do not infect the rim and/or interior of the next/top cup.
From the smile that greets you when you arrive, to the fine selection of magazines, to the "good job" that sends you off with a bright smile into the world, this was an excellent hygiene appointment (and checkup and X-ray).
Nothing keep up the good work
I feel like coming on a sat is sometimes not a great idea. When I come on a sat the dentist on call always has one two or three things I need done. When I meet when Dr Keller is in the office I feel like he always is less finding things wrong. I hope that makes sense. Saturday I was told I have a fracture crown, fracture front tooth, and I waited too long for implant and now I need sinus surgery.
