Everything went just fine.
There was a very cheerful atmosphere, which I appreciated. The hygienist did a good job and told me I could raise my left hand if I felt any pain. The hygienist and the doctor answered my questions about my teeth. The hygienist showed me exactly how I should be brushing my teeth based on my gum recession.
Question #4 is irritating. Actually waited 10 minutes past appointed time. Maybe you think that is immaterial, but I think if I was 10 minutes late you would care. Also most painful cleaning I can recall.
Every one is always delightful and friendly! Dr. Keller is simply the best! I am going to make a t-shirt that says I love my dentist with the Palo Alto Dental group logo below it and a head shot photo of Dr. Keller on the back. (don't worry Dr. Keller gave me the green light to add the photo, actually he suggested it haha). Seriously I love everyone over there! Cheers, Gracie

Top notch dental hygiene and exam! Very welcoming and personable staff. I always look forward to my visits.
This is parent's perspective: Question #2 in this survey asks if we had a good understanding of dental situation, well, X-rays were taken on Tuesday, no one contacted us with results as of yet - it should not take two days to get an x-ray read of common bite wings. I requested and promptly received via email digital images of these x-rays, but not the results - in all other dental practices, x-rays are taken during the visit then displayed in-front of me or my children and explained during the same visit. Amanda, my hygienist, was excellent. Dr. Bahl, as always, was very pleasant. For question #4, what if the waiting time was 0-15 minutes? Is a 14 minute wait considered on time?
