The business is clearly well organized with a very good trained staff. Parking is adequate which is very helpful.

I love my hygienist, Ruth! She has really taught me how to care for my teeth more efficiently! ...and I am 67-years-old! You'd think I would have learned sooner, Dr. Vanzina is the best dentist I have ever had.
I am so happy to have Palo Alto Dental Group and Dr. Keller taking care of me. It's always a great experience. In fact, I've already recommended Dr. Keller to one of my friends since my past appointment.

Really liked the hygenist. She was professional and also used a new ultrasound tool which I liked very much.
Dr. Peter Kono and his assistant Jessica provide the most excellent dental care. The lab expedited my need.
There was a odd encounter with the receptionist. My appt was at 7am (I was there 6:45). We checked me in and made the appt for 6 months out. It was not until I was on my way out that I asked the receptionist if she needed to know about my insurance change. She said " I asked you and you said no .. you don't remember?" ? What type of reply/ tone is that? Anyway, I did not reply back to the receptionist because she was irritated. Regardless of her reason for being irritated, her tone and words were not professional.
I met Dr. Martha Vanzina and Lucy. Both were amazing!
