I was in a bind. I went to Extreme Sports by mistake. I thought I was going to another establishment. My motorcycle caught a flat on the rear tire. I arrived at Extreme Sports 30 minutes before they closed. They first told me I would have to wait till the next day to get my tire fixed, as they were closing shop. I explained I live in Florida and had no other alternative. Long story short, they asked their mechanic to do one more job, fixed my tire and had me on my way back to Florida. This shop puts the customer first. I broke down numerous times and they picked up my bike and brought it back to the dealership with no trouble each time. They fixed my bike keeping my cost concerns in mind. Instead of replacing everything and giving me a bill I couldn't afford, they only fixed what I asked them to each time. They made a good offer on trade in, but didn't pressure me at all. When I didn't take the deal, their customer service toward me remained excellent. I had an amazing experience with you guys I bought the Yamaha v star custom 650 from a friend and it had set for several years we took it in and they gave me an estimate and within a week I had the bike back and it runs like its brand new and the cost was very fair.
