Literally the worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. Looks like a child did them, I asked for a simple square French tip. I did not get a square shape, and all of my “French” tips are different sizes. The nails are all around fat, bumpy and uneven. The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I got.

I've never written a review before, but I felt obligated to today. I always go to Extravagant and recommend it to all of my friends and family. You typically walk in and they have you out in no time. Today I walked in, they were short staffed so I had to wait( which is normal, and I did not mind) After about 45 minutes, the guy with tattoos waved at me and, pointed to the chair and said "sit down". Bad experience on Saturday! Male nail tech was very rude to me & rough with my nails so much that one of my fingers popped. He seemed to be irritable. He started my nails & then passed me along to another nail tech that I had to spend more time waiting for her to finish her client. The lady nail tech then finished my nails of which she did a good job. I will not be returning for a while. I felt humiliated.
I used to love going here very nice got me in and out but then stated closing down for weeks at a time with no notice and were not back when the signs said they would be and changing nail techs now not very nice other than the original 2-3 ppl the guy with all the tattoos very rude pulled on my arm when I told him I wanted square shaped he told me wait till he got there that was my only request very rude and still I tipped but he came in my job ordered 90$ of food not 1$ tip I’ll find somewhere where I’m treated nice I’m don... read more
