Just opened a storage unit here and the process was so easy. I came to see the unit and Steven was very helpful. He walked me through everything and was very accommodating!

I had a great experience working with Steven at the Burnsville location. I needed a storage unit at the last minute while I was out of the country, and Steven made the entire process incredibly easy. Within about five minutes, everything was handled. The contract was signed, payment completed, and access code provided. Our driver was able to swing by and drop everything off without any issues.
