I rate this location as a one star. But that has nothing to do with the service here.This place has a rat infestation. My whole unit is a total loss. All of this has obviously been a really rough experience. I am so grateful for Tierney! She has been fantastic in all of this. She has hugged me when I cried and helped me find a new place to move my things. I got to meet Bryan as well. What a nice man! He has been so helpful also. This place has a rodent problem! The main issue was a serious mistake involving our storage unit. We were paying for the unit every month and our payments were up to date. I have confirmation numbers proving that the payments were made on time. Despite this, something apparently went wrong on their end, and our belongings were moved from our unit by mistake—or at least that is what we were told. My mother was contacted about the situation, and instead of handling the matter professionally and respectfully, the manager was rude to her. When i talked to addre... read more

Good property, always clean and attendants are always helpful and friendly. BUT watch out for the rent hikes which over a two year period went from $160. Per month to $280.
