--------- Update (4 months later, 06.17.26) --------- About four months after moving in and after adding a second unit, we did receive notice of approximately a $100 per month increase on each of our units. Given our prior experience, this was obviously concerning. When we originally moved in, our biggest concern was whether we would face the same pattern of aggressive rental increases we had experienced before.
