I am shocked at the way the carpet looks. This is a rental.....enough said there. It looks like freshly laid new carpet. Never saw the pet hair extraction process before. Amazing! Thought my Dyson was getting it all out. Very courteous and knowledgeable, no BS. All around nice crew. As previous client stated "No creepiness here". Im going to have DJ come back after the holiday and do my upholstery. Thanks John's Refrigeration for the referral. 5☆+.
