Exton Crossing has been my beautiful home for the past 2 years and I'm actually very sad to leave! The apartments are beautiful, as well as the grounds, gym, and pool area. My favorite part is how quiet it is + how nice the staff and residents are. Going to miss this place!

Very nice place to live. Spacious apartments and great amenities! Looking forward to a great summer by the pool. Any service requests are always responded quickly with a job done well. I’ve been here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year.
It’s one of the best apartment communities to be in, love their pool, gym and other facilities. They are quick to act on any issues, the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
Exton Crossing has been my favorite apartment community to live in by far! The landscaping throughout the neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained. The fitness center and pool are always clean. You can’t beat having the Chester Valley trail access either! Our apartment always gets compliments from family and friends because of how spacious it is, the abundant natural light and our nice back porch. We are in our second year here and plan to stay many more.
Since this property has been run under new management, things are improving. I like how they are becoming engaged with their residents and community-driven. The new management group is striving to build better relationships with their residents.
