RecommendedBeen here for over 2 years now and I love it. The office and maintenance staff are awesome! Plus, the location can’t be beat...lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance and the Chester Valley walking trail is right at the base of the development 💜
The staff is extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Also, when I ran into problems with my move-in date due to the coronavirus pandemic, they made an exception for me, and refunded my deposit. I highly recommend this complex!
Love the staff at Exton Crossing! Always polite and willing to answer any and every question you have and they always go above and beyond! I really like how they have a new event planned almost every week like their breakfast hand outs, tax day consultants, photo booths and so much more! The apartments are big and beautiful and they really make it feel homey.
I would definitely recommend Exton Crossing. Best place to stay and the leasing staff goes above and beyond to make every possible moment memorable. One other best thing is the events they have for the residents once in a while.
Exton Crossing is in a great location, provides quality apartments, has nice amenities, accepts pets, and has pleasant staff members. It's really all we need.
The apartments are awesome and very high quality. The staff is MORE than welcoming and make you feel right at home.

Exton Crossing apartment home is the first home for us in US and we loved staying here for 3. The location is one of the major plus. The facilities are top notch. Very well organized management. We just love very bit of the home.
