From start to finish- the service was excellent! Mike, our salesman, was very open with us on all things that could be done and what costs would look like. He gave us very break we could hope for. The measurements were exact and the fit of the windows and doors was perfect. The installation particularly impressed us as they were the most dependable and punctual construction crew I have ever experienced. I was given an estimate of two hours to take to install my new window. It was done in half that time and the installation was flawless. I am really pleased with everything they did.

The windows are beautiful. The screens blend in so well I had to really focus to see them. We had two new windows constructed that turned out beyond expectation; and had five old windows replaced. I also had our front entrance doors replaced last year. They too are beautiful and strong. The installers were professional and efficient. The sales staff were pleasant, and obviously dedicated to their company. I strongly recommend this company.

We had all of our windows replaced by Krasiva Windows. Michael was the sales rep, who came out and demonstrated their product. We were so impressed with not just the windows but with Michael. We felt compelled to do business with them. On the install date it was raining and Iwas sure they would cancel. But they still showed up, and on time! Ready and willing to replace the windows. Exceptional service and product!! Thru the education portion I learned the functions of a windows and it was very interesting. Installation was seamless and the windows are beautiful. Can't wait to continue replacing the rest of them. I would gladly recommend Krasiva windows to everyone.

I wanted to thank you again for the superb work your crew did at our former residence, **** **** ******** ******in Gilbert on February 1 and 2, 2016. We sold the Gilbert house in July and moved to Oro Valley, near Tucson, in late August. When I decided to remodel my home, windows were not a priority nor were they in my budget. Always open minded and looking down the rode to possibly replacing windows, I scheduled an appointment with Jerry. I also scheduled appointments with two other well known window replacement companies so I could makes comparisons. My husband and I visited Greg Krasiva in his office and enjoyed talking and learning about what is involved in changing out windows and doors. He was very informative. We ended up buying two back doors that were up to pool code. They also have security and energy saving features. We were so happy with the first doors we had them replace the remaining exterior doors. They did a great job on all our doors so we are now having them replace our windows with more energy efficient ones.
