I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the sale Guy Gary to the installers it was very professional through the entire process. I want a huge fan for the time it took to get the window but it certainly was worth it. I had a very large window to replace and after at least 4 different companies they were the only ones that could do the window all in one piece. From our first visit with the sales man we have had nothing but great things to say about Krasiva. Had windows installed by Krasiva Windows and we are so happy. The installers were at the house when they were supposed to be, never stopped working until all was finished. They cleaned up so well you never knew they were here. They look beautiful and are keeping the heat out. Best investment we have made.

My wife and I bought a couple of new windows from Krasiva recently. Great product and service. Salesperson Rodger was a genuinely nice person, showed us the amazing value, no pressure approach - felt very comfortable during initial consultation. They did everything they promised and my new door is not only beautiful but totally barrier free entry for my wheelchair. Thank you guys doesn't seem to say how grateful we are.
We'd purchased an arcadia door from another company and unfortunately that didn't work out so well. They did refund our money which was honorable. Being confined to a wheelchair, Krasiva took into account all of our concerns and installed a door that is truly ADA accessible. I would recommend them to others.
When we finally decided to take the leap, replacing all original windows in our house, it was quite the deal. Getting in touch with Krasiva windows and doors was an excellent choice for us.
