We love our new Krasiva windows and door. Our experience with the company was amazing. ***** was very knowledgeable and guided us through the order process. ******* kept us informed of the progress and helped with the *** approval. ******* and **** did an excellent job with the installation. *** made a final survey of the finished product. The windows are everything advertised. We highly recommend Krasiva to anyone in the market for new windows. *** and *************************

**** wrote our contract on August 9, 2021. All was positive with assurance of continued contact. We made a deposit. Long intervals of not hearing a word about our door, unless we contacted them. 7 months later, on February 18, 2022, two installers brought the new door and frame. In struggling to move the unit they split the frame apart. They both stated over and over that a new door unit would have to be ordered, that this one was damaged and was not acceptable. I love my new Krasiva windows. I had them installed in Jan '22 and I give 5 stars for both the product and the service.The windows are beautiful and let in so much more light now that I don't need solar screens. Even better, my house is much more quiet. I live on a semi-busy residential street and the road noise has been reduced considerably. The windows are very nice looking, much better on both the inside and out than the builder grade windows from the 90's I had before. And much easier to keep clean.As for the installatio... read more

It was time to replace the 35 year old single pane windows in my house. After speaking with 3 different companies we decided to go with Krasiva. This decision was based completely off the sales team that came into our house. Thank you ***** for your professionalism and being a straight shooter. After we ordered the windows, we decided to make a slight change and thanks to the quick work of the sales team, we were able to get the changes made with no hiccups. Jim came out to give me an estimate on window replacement but what I did not expect was Jim telling me that I did not need replacement and explained why. That is the gold standard of a super great company. This goes a long way as in the future I will not wavier calling this company and will be telling my friends and neighbors about Jim and this company and thank you Stephanie for great customer service at the office.

I highly recommend this great company, this was the best investment I’ve made. I had my patio sliding door replaced along with my kitchen window and bathroom window as well, and I am extremely happy and satisfied with Kristina windows and doors. From the salesman to the installers ( Leon & Joe) everyone was professional and overall did an amazing job. Thank you??

On Saturday, November 2nd, we welcomed Jerry into our home who wanted to quote us on some work and possibly give a big discount if we agree to be a show home because of the interest in our neighborhood. Although the pitch on the product was long winded due to going off topic about where he has lived and his family interests, we were happy to proceed until Jerry went on a tangent due to rising material costs. I had my windows replaced in my house, was told it would probably take three days, the crews were amazing and finished the job in two days. They were polite, helpful and cleaned up all debris when finished. They came prepared and walked me through every detail and were always willing to answer any questions I had. I did my research and read all the reviews and they were amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the sale Guy Gary to the installers it was very professional through the entire process. I want a huge fan for the time it took to get the window but it certainly was worth it. I had a very large window to replace and after at least 4 different companies they were the only ones that could do the window all in one piece.
