I have never been happier with a company coming to my house and fixing what needs to be done. They had over 5 different areas/items to do and it was done in less then a week! I was very impressed with this company. Their personnel were very professional and always considerate of us. They delivered as promised and were very helpful along the way. I have never had to deal with roof issues or dealing with insurance companies before and I have to say that I was so relieved that my neighbor recommended Exterior +. I needed a full roof repair and ***** kept me informed on everything that was being done and WOW!! It was done in just a couple of days. I would recommend Exterior+ to anyone who needs a new roof. Exterior Plus was great to work with, and they coordinated the timing with us and with our solar panel company. They did the work quickly and completely, and at a competitive price. I highly recommend them.
I am a picky customer who asks a lot of questions and tracks the details, and I recommend Exterior Plus. Exterior Plus replaced our roof, soffits, and fascia, and added gutters. I struggled to find someone willing to replace the soffits and fascia and received pricey estimates for plywood and OSB. Exterior Plus suggested ****** board, which felt like a much better option.
