Place is an absolute garbage pit. Came back to my room at night and it was infested with flys. Got a new room and my key card stop working multiple times. Long waits for staff to return to front desk. Weird crusty smell in my room too. Also there were couples in the rooms next to me screaming at each other at the top of their lungs for hours. The place is a dump. Save your money. Do not stay in this hotel. Management must know the problems, is not fixing deficiencies, very uncaring, should be fired.
Property is acceptable budget option. Staff is somewhat inattentive of the front desk, but who wants to sit in the nook all day, you know? Managers are accommodating of last-minute check-ins and check-outs with prior notice.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.
