I wish there was a negative star button. I stayed there for exactly 11 days. I had 3 rooms in those 11 days . First room toilet didn’t work second room I woke up to a rat on my nightstand next to my bed and the third room also had rats. I have never stayed at a hotel with rats and piles of trash in the hallways and by the elevator. Worst experience I have ever had ! Filthy floors throughout building. Deceptive advertising. 'Breakfast' included, should have been 'Continental Breakfast'. I choose hotel stays that serve real Breakfast.
amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend extended stay for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!
