Being sexually harassed by Matt for the 2 weeks I was there is not what I signed up for. Police report has been made. He told me he would throw my stuff out when I told him to stop making sexual comments when I got off work. He said horrible things about staff and the owner who has been nothing but kind. That man is a predator
Terrible experience. Got a here from Hotwire. The women at the front desk took forever. Couldn't find us in the system but then later could find us. Once we got to the room smelled like bugs. Don't stay here.
This was my first hotel in America, I am grateful to have been able to lay my head and rest in it, but there are problems. The Staff Were All Great, And Super Helpful And Friendly, Which Was Nice. The rooms, not so much... We had cockroaches, crawling all over the kitchen, the cupboard doors were broken, lot of dirty spots, It looked extremely under-maintained. The room was decent except for the roach that ran across the floor when I walked in. Front light and hallways smelled like cigarette’s even though it is suppose to be a smoke free hotel the hallways and elevator need to be cleaned. The surprise deposit on top of the room fee should have been disclosed.
Rooms were much nicer than expected. Staff was very accommodating, (Bridgett).. Not the greatest part of town, but for the price ($75ish a night), overall very satisfied. Would stay here again
